Integrations

The AI agents, in your accounts.

Where the AI agents work

Where it says "on request", we build that integration as soon as you ask for it. The rest works right away.

Email and calendar

They read along in your email and calendar and put messages ready as drafts in your own mailbox. No email goes out and nothing goes into your calendar until a person says yes.

  • Gmail
  • Google Calendar
  • Outlookon request
  • Microsoft 365on request

CRM

They read your CRM and, after a conversation, add what was discussed and what the next step is.

  • Pipedrive
  • HubSpoton request
  • Salesforceon request
  • Attioon request

Network and leads

On LinkedIn, the AI agents draft messages, comments and posts. Nothing goes out until a person says yes, and then it goes from your own account. With Apollo they look up companies and contacts that fit you. You decide who to approach.

  • LinkedIn
  • Apollo

Meetings

They read the notes of your meetings and list what was agreed and what the next step is.

  • Fireflies
  • Zoomon request
  • Microsoft Teamson request

Documents

They read your proposals and presentations and put a new proposal or a meeting prep ready as a draft.

  • Google Drive
  • Google Docs

Accounting

They only look, for example whether someone is already a customer and whether an invoice is still open. They don't book or pay anything.

  • Moneybird
  • Exact Onlineon request
  • e-Boekhoudenon request

Team

They show in your own team's channel what's ready and whose turn it is. That doesn't need a yes, because it stays within your team. Anything that goes to someone outside your team gets a person's yes first.

  • Slack
  • Microsoft Teamson request

Another system

Not on the list? Often it still works, including Dutch accounting and industry software or a manufacturer's ERP. In the introductory call we look together at what's possible with your system. Sometimes that's only reading, sometimes nothing.

For your IT partner

Where possible, we use the vendor's own MCP integration or API. You sign in with your own account and only grant the rights that are needed.

If a vendor doesn't have them, we look at whether we can build an integration ourselves.

With Microsoft 365, your administrator sometimes has to give permission first. We sort that out together.
