When it gets busy, follow-up slips. Every person has a next step with a date. The quote you sent three weeks ago already has a date to follow up. Follow-up keeps going, even in busy weeks.
Every conversation prepared
If you do your own selling, you don't pull everything together before every call. The groundwork is done before every conversation, and afterwards what was said is on record. Every next conversation starts where the last one ended.
Promises get a time
You don't set aside time for what you promise in conversations. An open commitment comes with a suggested time, and a commitment only goes into the diary once a person says yes.
Who says yes before anything goes out
Everything starts as a draft. It only goes out after a person says yes, from your own account. If nobody's there to say yes, it waits.
From introductory call to Blueprint and Build
You start with an introductory call, by phone or online. You explain how you win clients now, and we show you what's ready for us on an ordinary working day. If it's a fit, you get one page showing where the computer work around your sales gets stuck now. Then we design your AI agents in the Blueprint and set them up during the Build.
Done for you or Do it yourself
With Done for you we manage or run the AI agents for you. We check every message and edit it where needed. Only then does it go out in your name, from your own account. That happens within what we agreed in the Blueprint. Anything outside that, they put to you. With Do it yourself we teach you, and keep an eye on it with you for three months. If you're unsure, you put it to us.
Where your data lives
Everything goes out in your name. Email comes from your own address, never from an agency. A like or a post only goes online after a person's yes. With Done for you, we post it for you, and it only goes online after approval by a person at Opticus, from your own account. Replies and messages are waiting.
